Our long-standing association with Mamata Andha Anath Kalyan Kendra, Pune, reflects this very ethos. This remarkable NGO serves as a student residential center for visually impaired youth, offering more than just shelter, it provides a structured ecosystem of growth, independence, and empowerment.
Through their programs in computer literacy, personality development, mobility training, regular health checkups, and assistance with competitive exam preparation at state and national levels, the NGO is actively shaping confident, capable individuals ready to step into the mainstream with resilience and skill.
On the occasion of White Cane Safety Day, The AEC Mug proudly contributed to this mission by donating foldable white blind canes, a small gesture that echoes a larger belief: mobility is not just movement, it is freedom.

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, The AEC Mug recently conducted a heartwarming and insightful visit to Chaitanya Aashram, an old age home located in Vishrambag, Sangli, Maharashtra.
Chaitanya Aashram is more than just a residence for the elderly, it is a nurturing space that promotes dignified living, nutritious meals, emotional well-being, and above all, encouragement for personal hobbies and entrepreneurial dreams, even in the golden years.
During the visit, our employees and management had the invaluable opportunity to engage in one-on-one conversations with the esteemed residents. These interactions went beyond formalities, stories were exchanged, wisdom was shared, and lives were connected across generations.
The AEC Mug team shared insights into our work, company journey, and professional experiences, while the residents of the Aashram opened their hearts and spoke of their life journeys, aspirations, and the values that have shaped them. The experience served as a deeply moving and enriching moment for all of us.
This initiative not only brought smiles and warmth to those we visited, but also left a lasting impact on our team. It reminded us of the importance of empathy, gratitude, and learning from those who came before us.

As part of our ongoing commitment to social responsibility and inclusive community development, The AEC Mug proudly collaborated with Netra Seva Foundation, an esteemed NGO based in Sangli, Maharashtra, dedicated to providing accessible eye care to the underserved.
Founded in 2005, Netra Seva Foundation, in partnership with Anuradha Superspeciality Eye Hospital, is a beacon of hope for individuals suffering from visual impairment. The organization’s tireless work in eye banking, cornea transplantation, and awareness campaigns on eye donation continues to transform lives, restore vision, and uplift those often left behind by conventional healthcare systems.
The management and employees of The AEC Mug recently had the opportunity to visit the facility, interact with the hospital’s medical team, and gain a deeper understanding of the life-changing work carried out daily. This visit proved to be a truly eye-opening experience, a reminder of how impactful and urgent such healthcare initiatives are for society.
As a gesture of support, The AEC Mug contributed essential medical kits for patients who seek critical eye treatment but are unable to afford the cost of care. This contribution aligns with our belief that healthcare is not a privilege, but a right, and that organizations have a role to play in bridging this gap.
